Privacy Policy

PicturesRestore collects only what we need to deliver our service: your email address, your payment information (handled by Stripe), and the photos you upload for restoration.

What we store

Your uploaded photos are encrypted in transit and at rest. Original and restored versions are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after delivery. We do not share, sell, or use your photos for any purpose other than restoring them and emailing them back to you.

Payment data

We do not store any credit card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

AI processing

Restoration is performed by Fal.ai using the nano-banana / Gemini image model. Photos are sent to Fal.ai solely for restoration and are not used for model training. See Fal.ai's privacy policy for details.

Questions about your data? Email support@picturesrestore.com and we will respond within 48 hours. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
