PicturesRestore is a creative AI tool. Because you can see the restored result before paying, all sales are generally final once a download has been unlocked.

When refunds may be granted

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your restored photo, contact support@picturesrestore.com with your order number. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.

No guarantee of result

Photo restoration is performed using AI image generation. The result is a creative reconstruction and may not be identical to the original subject or its original state. The preview you see before paying is representative of the final result you will receive in high resolution. By unlocking a photo, you confirm you have reviewed the preview and accept the result as-is.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly via email.
