Nature of the service

PicturesRestore is a creative AI image restoration tool. Restorations are generated by artificial intelligence and represent a creative reconstruction of the source image. Results are not guaranteed to match the original subject perfectly and should be treated as an interpretive artistic output, not a perfect reproduction.

Your rights and ours

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us permission to process them solely for restoration. You confirm that you have the legal right to the photos you upload.

Preview before purchase

You see a watermarked preview of the restored image before paying. By proceeding to checkout and unlocking the high-resolution version, you confirm that you have reviewed the preview and accept the result as-is. All sales are generally final once a photo has been unlocked. See our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

Acceptable use

You may not upload photos that are illegal, contain CSAM, depict non-consensual content, or violate someone else's privacy or copyright. We reserve the right to refuse service and report illegal content to law enforcement.

Liability

PicturesRestore's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
